IAQ Management Plan Specification

The GREENGUARD Environmental Institute's IAQ Management Plan outlines requirements for managing indoor air quality (IAQ) during building construction. It can be used as a supplement to Master Specification Section One and meets the requirements of LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) and LEED for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB). This specification also provides instruction for selecting construction products, construction site management, construction sequencing, HVAC operation during construction, product installation, building flush-out and IAQ testing.
